Monkeynastix

Monkeynastix is a broad-based, holistic programme that combines creativity and music with training in flexibility, balance, strength, agility, co-ordination and body awareness.

The MONKEYNASTIX PROGRAMME focuses on long term motivation. We develop confidence and a positive self-image.We develop general motor imitation skills, fitness, strength, Speed & agility, flexibility and cardio vascular fitness.

Monkeynastix classes are once per week, at the EduFun4Kids premises. Parents can register using JOHANNESBURG NORTHWEST as their franchise option.
