Food and Drinks Menu

Our weekly meals are posted at reception for parents and staff to see.

Menus are seasonal. Which means fresh and delicious fruit and vegetables are sourced.

Daily menu comprises: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack.

A healthy eating plan is offered. A wide variety of foods are offered. Meals and snacks are well planned and prepared in a hygienic environment.

Balanced diet + exercise = helps your body to stay healthy.

Weather permitting; snacks/lunch may be eaten outside. Else all meals are served in the classroom.

All meals are supervised.

Healthy drinks are supplied:

  • Water – best drink (children always have access to water and may have more water than any other drink during the day)
  • Fruit juices are diluted
  • Rooibos tea
  • Iced Rooibos tea
  • Milk (full cream)
  • Winter: Warm milk / Milo / Hot Chocolate / Horlicks / Rooibos tea
